Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a purpose-driven consulting firm, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will engage with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, develop data models, and lead analytical initiatives while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather and standardize business/data requirements
• Design and optimize complex data models and validation frameworks using SQL and Teradata
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for reporting and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, systems analysis, and CMS data reporting
• 7 years of experience in SQL and Teradata for data extraction and modeling
• 7 years of experience developing data dashboards using Tableau or comparable BI tools
• 5 years of experience with Medicaid and CMS reporting compliance
