Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a subject matter expert on the Claims Control Staffing team, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage monthly dashboard responsibilities, conduct analyses on productivity and operational oversight, and collaborate with analysts to present insights to senior leaders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly dashboard responsibilities and perform deep dives into staffing models to identify trends and recommend enhancements
• Conduct analyses related to productivity, inventory, cycle time, and operational oversight to support strategic projects and ad hoc requests
• Provide high-impact analyses and collaborate with fellow analysts to present complex business insights to senior leaders

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• High proficiency in programming skills such as SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Proven ability to lead personal workstreams autonomously while mentoring and supporting team members
• Strong quality orientation with excellent attention to detail in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
