Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating across clinical, product, and operations teams, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will analyze healthcare data, develop dashboards, and translate business questions into data-driven insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scope and execute analytics projects, defining reporting needs and translating business questions into actionable data insights
• Analyze structured healthcare data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and support clinical and operational initiatives
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to provide transparency into performance and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, healthcare analytics, or business intelligence
• Experience working with healthcare data, including claims and eligibility
• Proficiency in SQL and experience querying relational databases; familiarity with dbt and Python is a plus
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for modeling and reporting
