Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Experienced in data analysis and reporting, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage custom reporting requirements, maintain data expertise, and provide leadership to team members while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and delivery of custom production-level reports for program operations and clients
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on data and reporting capabilities, investigating anomalies and providing actionable insights
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance data reporting capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar discipline
• 4+ years of client-facing experience with a strong background in data extraction, manipulation, and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL/SQL Server for reporting and problem-solving, along with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization tools and understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or healthcare is highly desirable
