Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the development of a robust data infrastructure, the remote Senior Data Analyst will design scalable systems, collaborate with IT and analytics teams, and maintain data pipelines to support value-based healthcare insights and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data systems and workflows to meet organizational analytical needs
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards to uncover trends and actionable insights in healthcare data
• Collaborate with departments to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field with two years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of experience
• Two years of experience in data analytics and visualization using PowerBI, MSSQL, and Excel
• Experience with database management systems and ETL processes
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards, including HIPAA
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and SharePoint
