Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the transformation of capital markets, the remote Senior Data Analyst will design and implement data models, optimize the loan application funnel, and elevate analytics through SQL and Tableau to drive growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data models to create structured datasets from marketing spend and application event logs
• Build and maintain frameworks to monitor the loan application funnel, identifying friction points and opportunities for conversion improvement
• Partner with Product and Marketing to execute A/B tests and translate complex user behaviors into actionable insights for growth

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Analytics, or Marketing Science
• Deep proficiency in SQL, preferably BigQuery, with expertise in complex joins and window functions
• Proven ability to design structured datasets and maintain reliable data tables for business use
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts such as survival analysis and causal inference
• Understanding of the lending lifecycle and its impact on portfolio quality
