Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop AI models, interpret data analyses, and provide actionable reporting solutions to business partners while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop AI models to extract intelligence from call and chat transcripts
• Provide story-telling and actionable reporting of results to Consumer Engagement business partners
• Work with cross-functional teams to leverage efficient business intelligence processes and document best practices

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
• 2+ years of experience using PowerBI, Tableau, or Excel for data analysis
• Experience in analysis, problem-solving, and resolution
• Proven organizational and analytical skills
