Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with senior leaders across operations and clinical teams, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will drive clinical and operational analytics, design data models, and build data-based tools remotely to enhance decision-making and automate insights using advanced technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Transform data into strategic analytics solutions in collaboration with senior leaders
• Own and enhance dbt-based infrastructure to support operational workflows
• Design and analyze experiments to measure effectiveness and improve attribution logic

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience using SQL in production environments, preferably BigQuery
• 3 years of experience presenting data-driven analyses to senior executives
• 2 years of experience in designing and analyzing statistically valid experiments
• 1+ years of experience applying Generative AI or conversational analytics frameworks in data analysis workflows
