Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with HR professionals and senior leadership, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will deliver reporting solutions and analytical monitoring tools while supporting the Workday implementation and contributing to a new Snowflake data model in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver reporting solutions and analytical tools to meet ad hoc requests and enhance flagship reporting
• Support the Workday implementation and learn new data structures to optimize people data usage
• Utilize advanced SQL and data visualization tools to present insights and trends effectively to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least five years of analytical experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
• Proficiency in advanced SQL and/or T-SQL for data retrieval and manipulation
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proven ability to communicate directly with customers and stakeholders to build effective reporting solutions
• Demonstrated capability to present data insights clearly and make actionable recommendations
