Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming new claims data into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will drive strategic decisions for high-impact initiatives, create complex queries, and present findings to business leaders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical models to enhance policy coverage review and streamline claim handling
• Create complex queries across multiple data sources to extract and analyze claims data
• Present insights and recommendations to business leaders and mentor other analysts to build team capabilities

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field with a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
