Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Providing analytic and data visualization solutions, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop processes to extract and analyze data related to employment-specific projects, create dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with attorneys and clients to enhance workflows, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document processes for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
• Create and present data visualizations and insights to clients and internal teams
• Perform statistical analysis on employment-related data, including regression and classification analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with four years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with two years of experience
• Experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (e.g., R, SAS, STATA, SPSS)
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Skills in data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis using tools like R, Python, and SQL
• Experience providing analytics support in a large organization with minimal project direction
