Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the enterprise Tech Debt Remediation Program, the remote/hybrid Senior Data Analyst will transform complex infrastructure and software data into actionable insights, influencing risk-based prioritization and executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Aggregate and centralize fragmented datasets from various business applications and software inventories
• Develop advanced risk-prioritization models to identify vulnerabilities and inform remediation planning
• Translate complex technical data into clear, actionable reports for senior executives

Required qualifications

• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced formulas and Power Query
• Proven experience in data modeling and interpretation related to risk and tech debt remediation
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and understanding of configuration items
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data gaps and inconsistencies
• Solid knowledge of applications, infrastructure, and software lifecycle concepts
