Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise Analytics team, the remote Senior Data Analyst in Store Analytics will lead complex analyses to drive understanding of store performance, develop actionable recommendations, and influence strategic decisions that enhance sales and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic and ad hoc analyses to identify root causes of store performance and guide strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical solutions to enable self-service insights for leaders
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, influencing business strategy through data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or retail analytics with a focus on solving complex business problems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with Power BI and DAX
• Experience in performing diagnostic and exploratory analyses that influence business decisions
• Working knowledge of Python and statistical analysis methods
