Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Veterans Health Administration Specialty Care Program Office, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will develop data-driven solutions, manage enterprise data, and create reporting and analytics to enhance healthcare transformation initiatives and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain databases, dashboards, and performance measurement tools
• Gather and analyze data from multiple VA and VHA data sources to support executive decision-making
• Design and implement automated reporting processes using Microsoft Power Platform technologies

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive data analytics experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, and Excel
• Experience supporting VA or federal healthcare organizations
• Working knowledge of VHA data repositories and data governance practices
