Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analyst will analyze member and enrollment data across various lines of business, fix data issues, and build reporting and dashboards to support enrollment operations and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement processes for data analysis, modeling, and reporting to inform business decisions
• Compile and manage large data sets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Prepare and present reports and analyses to support executive decision-making and identify trends

Required qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SSRS
• Experience with enrollment, eligibility, and member data, including EDI transactions (834)
• Familiarity with Python and R is a plus
