Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support insurance fee negotiations and optimize payor strategies, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights using Google Cloud Platform and advanced analytics, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of insurance performance and support contract negotiations with data-driven insights
• Build, query, and optimize datasets in Google BigQuery, ensuring data integrity and quality
• Develop statistical and predictive models to enhance payor negotiation strategies and revenue optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or analytics engineering
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with data modeling, transformation, and large datasets
• Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data science methodologies
