Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex datasets into actionable business intelligence, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will analyze large datasets, design and automate dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends and provide actionable business recommendations
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support business initiatives
• Build and optimize interactive dashboards and reports to enhance self-service reporting capabilities

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• 3+ years of experience designing and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
• 3+ years of experience performing data analysis using advanced functions in Microsoft Excel
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into data needs
