Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the growth of payment products, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will develop strategies to enhance user acquisition, retention, and product engagement while collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and maintain analytical tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to monitor product metrics and KPIs
• Translate business questions into analysis and actionable insights
• Develop and maintain scalable visualization tools and dashboards for analytics

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a quantitative analysis role within top companies or industries
• Excellent SQL skills with practical testing during the hiring process
• Experience in designing and analyzing digital product experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests)
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau and Looker
• Experience with statistical programming in Python and tools like Pandas and SciPy
