Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To drive data-informed decision-making across the studio, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will oversee the entire data pipeline, collaborate with departments and leadership on data analysis, and identify key performance indicators while supporting flexible work arrangements, including remote options.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire data pipeline from instrumentation to presentation
• Work directly with departments and senior leadership to determine data collection and analysis strategies
• Automate reporting and create dashboards for various audiences

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineering role
• Strong SQL skills for querying, structuring schemas, and tuning performance
• Experience building and owning ETL processes
• Statistical modeling expertise, including regression analysis and predictive models
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for backend and analysis
