Job Summary

To support an innovative AI-powered voice platform, the remote Senior Data Analyst will analyze large datasets, develop KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decision-making during a 6-month contract with potential for conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale datasets, including conversational and product performance data
• Develop KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate product outcomes
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Strong SQL skills for analyzing and manipulating large datasets
• Experience with Python for data analysis and statistical exploration
• Knowledge of statistics and analytical methodologies
• Experience developing KPIs and performance measurement frameworks
