Job Summary

Working remotely as a full-time Senior Data Analyst, the candidate will analyze large-scale datasets, optimize processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through data-driven insights and operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze datasets related to agent performance and support interactions, and build dashboards using tools like Tableau and Metabase
• Utilize LLM tools for prompt engineering and assess outputs for quality and relevance in business contexts
• Automate data tasks with Airflow and Python, optimizing analytics pipelines and improving workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-heavy environment
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably in BigQuery and/or ClickHouse
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase
• Understanding of Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration
