Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analyst will focus on analytics, reporting, and process optimization to enhance customer support through data-driven insights and operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale datasets to measure performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Utilize SQL and data visualization tools to build dashboards and detect trends among agents and support teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Support Management, and Data Engineering to ensure accurate data pipelines and communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-heavy environment
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably in BigQuery and/or ClickHouse
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase
• Understanding of Airflow and modern data pipelines
