Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing customer support through data-driven insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst (CX) will analyze large datasets, optimize reporting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance and support interactions, utilizing SQL and data visualization tools
• Implement automation and optimize analytics pipelines using Python and Airflow to improve workflow efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations, Support Management, and QA to communicate findings and support decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a data analyst in a data-intensive environment
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably in BigQuery and/or ClickHouse
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Metabase
• Familiarity with LLM tools, prompt engineering, and API integration
