Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will lead engineering and product teams in solving complex challenges by analyzing data, tracing issues through pipelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data reliability and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Trace issues through data pipelines or code to identify and resolve unexpected behaviors
• Write clear Jira tickets detailing findings, solutions, and preventative measures
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to improve data and code reliability

Required qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with Python
• Experience with JSONs, logs, or API outputs for data validation
• Ability to analyze ambiguous problems and derive clear next steps
• Curiosity about systems, code, and data with a focus on continuous improvement
• Analytical skills to develop data-driven insights for enhancing user experience
