Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a vision-driven team, the full-time Senior Staff Product Data Analyst will architect data products and frameworks, transforming complex payments and back-office data into actionable insights while working remotely or from one of the company's offices.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of data products, ensuring clear accountability for design, build, and impact
• Architect scalable data models and pipelines, establishing the organization's source of truth while balancing performance and usability
• Define and enforce technical standards for data quality, metrics definitions, and dashboard design, mentoring analysts and engineers across teams

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering with a proven track record of managing large-scope initiatives
• Expert-level SQL skills, including query optimization and advanced data modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouse or lakehouse platforms and at least one BI platform
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience embedding data quality and security into models by default
