Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Driving reporting and analytics capabilities, the fully remote Senior Data Analyst will translate raw financial data from BigQuery into actionable insights, manage P&L calculations, automate auditor data exports, and ensure data integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial reporting metrics and interactive dashboards using BI tools like Looker or Grafana
• Automate compliance reporting and design customized analytics for auditing purposes
• Gather business requirements for financial data marts, ensuring effective collaboration between Finance/Accounting and Data Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, finance analytics, or regulatory reporting within fintech or related financial services
• Expert-level SQL skills for data extraction and complex aggregations in BigQuery
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, Numpy) for data research and modeling
• Extensive experience with BI tools, preferably Looker or Grafana, and building dashboards for C-level executives
• Solid understanding of financial terminology, P&L structures, and IFRS standards
