Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Transforming complex data into strategic insights, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will optimize marketing investments and enhance digital customer experiences for financial institutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of large-scale datasets to uncover actionable trends and opportunities, including attribution modeling and customer journey analysis
• Analyze digital performance metrics and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize campaigns and user experiences
• Build and maintain advanced dashboards and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline; Master's degree preferred
• 5-9 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics, preferably in the financial services industry
• Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) or Adobe Analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation
• Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for data visualization
