Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a Family Treatment Court Outcomes Study, the part-time Senior Data Analyst will lead the analysis of multi-source program data, build data collection workflows, and produce accessible reporting tools while working remotely over an 18-month period with the potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of program data for a cohort of families, identifying gaps and quality issues
• Produce analysis reports, dashboards, and narrative data stories for non-technical audiences
• Present findings to program oversight teams and provide ongoing consultation to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing sensitive program data in relevant fields such as courts or child welfare
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and secure handling of confidential data
• Strong data visualization skills with experience in tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent plain-language writing skills with a portfolio of reports or visualizations
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as R, Python, or SPSS
