Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will assess data assets, perform gap analyses, and lead client data education while managing data acquisition and communication with internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess internal or potential data assets and identify gaps or risks in collaboration with implementation architects and sales teams
• Lead client data education sessions and manage data resolution calls, ensuring effective communication on status updates
• Coordinate data acquisition processes and maintain file inventory, while providing ongoing support for data-related issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of SQL experience querying complex datasets
• 5+ years of experience in managed healthcare
• 5+ years of structured data mapping experience
• 3+ years of experience in an external client-facing role
