Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a critical recovery initiative, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage data systems and metrics to enhance project efficiency and facilitate community rebuilding efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Data and Systems team to streamline project data and improve database efficiency
• Develop backend database structures to support website enhancements for project teams
• Assist project leads in generating internal and external data metrics for effective reporting and forecasting

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data management and full stack development
• Proficiency in SQL Studio Manager, PHP, HTML, Java, C#, and Microsoft Access
• Experience in web-driven database development and creating PowerBI reports
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for end users
