Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Analyst will manage relationships with 4-8 Enterprise clients, providing insights on site performance and user engagement through data analysis and strategic presentations to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and customer expectations, ensuring value delivery and account growth
• Present digital experience performance strategies and findings to diverse audiences, aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Create detailed analyses from Digital Experience and Business Analytics data through reporting and dashboarding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis with the ability to distill complex data sets into engaging presentations
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; proficiency in Spanish is preferred
• Experience with digital experience monitoring tools and real user monitoring for web and mobile applications
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL, GraphQL, etc.) and analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
