Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare analytics team, the remote Senior Data Analyst will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand payment integrity requirements, develop AI-driven workflows, and maintain complex analytical SQL against large-scale claims datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to document process flows and integrate analytical outputs with client workflows
• Drive AI adoption by identifying processes for automation and contributing to AI-assisted pipeline development
• Conduct data quality audits and build monitoring frameworks to ensure accuracy and traceability of analytical solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of data analysis experience with healthcare claims data
• Deep knowledge of medical claim types and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Expert-level SQL skills, including complex analytical queries and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with payment integrity analysis and familiarity with CMS regulations
• Proficiency with distributed query engines and cloud data environments (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
