Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Leading complex data analytics and statistical modeling efforts, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop readiness-based spares to drive strategic decision-making while working in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead advanced data analytics and predictive modeling initiatives to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define analytical objectives and translate business challenges into actionable strategies
- Document data gathering processes and ensure accuracy and completeness of all technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, logistics analysis, or modeling and simulation
- Advanced experience in data engineering practices and readiness modeling methodologies within the DoD or equivalent environment
- Expertise in reliability, maintainability, and availability (RMA) principles and lifecycle sustainment analysis
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across multiple stakeholders
