Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst on the Product Optimization team, the full-time position will analyze complex healthcare revenue cycle data to drive evidence-based product decisions for the Insurance Discover product, leveraging advanced SQL and big-data tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large healthcare datasets to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for product improvement
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure product effectiveness and operational optimizations
• Translate technical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across various departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in healthcare or revenue cycle analytics
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with big-data environments such as Databricks
• Strong statistical foundation with practical experience in various analytical methods
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for storytelling and insights
