Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and strategy for subscription teams, collaborating with cross-functional partners to analyze customer lifecycle metrics and improve acquisition, engagement, and retention, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Subscription Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define KPIs and track customer lifecycle metrics
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design behavior tracking and data models for evaluating subscription product performance
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools to present insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL and conducting statistical analysis including A/B testing
- 3+ years of experience implementing custom tracking in a Customer Data Platform
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
- Familiarity with DBT or ETL environments
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in data
