Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will elicit and analyze data, document business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure software applications meet business needs in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements while optimizing business processes
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on business needs throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and maintain documentation such as SOWs, user stories, and training materials to support development and user adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping
- 3+ years of experience in data warehouse environments
- Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior analysts
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus
