Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, collecting, and maintaining data operations, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will manage a portfolio of data collections and reports, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance data services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data assets related to various national reports and ensure data quality through verification and maintenance
• Develop and implement programming and documentation for data collections, ensuring compliance with access and security policies
• Consult with stakeholders to improve data collection and reporting systems, while supporting junior staff in their professional development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's or doctoral degree preferred
• 5-7 years of related work experience in data analysis and reporting
• 3-5 years of experience managing specialized programs
• Proficiency in programming, database design, and data visualization tools
• Experience in collaborative environments and managing data quality improvement initiatives
