Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as the analytics point of contact for a portfolio of stakeholders, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will translate data insights into actionable business recommendations, support analytics stack development, and ensure data governance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary analytics liaison for a business unit, collaborating with stakeholders to address their data needs and execute day-to-day analytics work
• Define and maintain metrics and data governance standards, ensuring data quality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Develop and enhance the analytics architecture using tools like dbt, translating stakeholder requirements into technical specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in data analytics or data engineering, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau
• Familiarity with data architecture principles and technical communication frameworks like UML
• Experience with machine learning, predictive modeling, and tools such as dbt Cloud, Agile, Python, and GitHub is preferred
