Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics practice, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will deliver decision-ready analysis for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success, build and maintain data models, and contribute to the development of an internal BI-as-code platform, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver decision-ready analysis on pipeline health, funnel conversion, and campaign performance
• Build and maintain dbt models and marts for Sales, Marketing, and CS domains, ensuring data quality and documentation
• Contribute to the Lighthouse BI-as-code platform, shaping how metrics and dashboards are defined and versioned

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics/BI, particularly supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions
• Expertise in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt for data modeling
• Familiarity with Salesforce as a data source and understanding of CRM data structures
• Experience with modern BI tools and a genuine interest in agentic analytics
• Comfortable using Python for analysis and automation tasks
