Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior Data Analyst, the candidate will work remotely to develop a standardized framework for carrier partnerships, optimize onboarding models, and create analytic tools to enhance financial management and accountability within the Customer Relationship Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a standardized framework for carrier partnerships and onboarding processes
• Create analytic models and reporting tools to improve financial management and accountability
• Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment and drive impactful results based on data insights

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with three years of analytical experience
• Proficiency in data preparation and visualization tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake
• Experience in retrieving and organizing data from various sources for analytical purposes
• Ability to understand complex business problems and present data analysis results effectively
• Proven capability to learn quickly and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
