Job Summary

Analyzing claims data to provide insights into business performance, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will identify areas for improvement, develop reporting analytics, and communicate findings to internal partners, with the option to work remotely or from Worcester, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and communicate insights effectively to various internal stakeholders
• Respond to urgent requests and produce routine and ad hoc reports in a fast-paced environment
• Lead the development of complex reports and tools across multiple lines of business

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
• Experience in data analysis, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and reporting software
• Strong understanding of claims processes and metrics
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
