Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

As a senior data analyst on the Claims Control Staffing team, this full-time remote position will manage monthly dashboard responsibilities, conduct deep dives into staffing models, and perform analyses related to productivity and operational oversight while collaborating with fellow analysts and presenting insights to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage monthly dashboard responsibilities to track key performance metrics
• Conduct deep dives into Field staffing models to identify trends and recommend enhancements
• Provide high-impact analyses and collaborate with analysts to present complex insights to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• A minimum of six years of analytical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience, or a degree in a quantitative field with three years of experience
• High proficiency in programming skills such as SQL, SAS, or R, and experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
• Proven ability to lead personal workstreams autonomously while mentoring others
