Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end analytical engine, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage data modeling, ensure data integrity, and deliver actionable insights to drive conversion, retention, and lifetime value in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance data models within the lakehouse architecture, ensuring data reliability and comprehensive documentation
• Serve as the primary data partner for marketing and engineering leadership, delivering data-driven recommendations and mentoring junior analysts
• Conduct daily analytical work, including managing performance reports and optimizing recurring dashboards for cross-functional leadership

Required qualifications

• 5-9+ years of experience in analytics/data science and some data engineering or a closely related quantitative role
• Prior experience in a high-growth startup environment with limited resources and shifting priorities
• Demonstrated ability to build data models and design and analyze data pipelines
• Experience owning a data domain end-to-end, generating questions, and driving decisions
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI/Visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot or equivalent
