Job Summary

Experienced in data analysis, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will manage relationships with 4-8 enterprise clients, present digital experience performance strategies, and conduct detailed analyses to drive business outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage account relationships and customer expectations while providing value and growth opportunities
• Present findings and strategies to diverse audiences, aligning technical solutions with business goals
• Conduct detailed analyses using Digital Experience and Business Analytics data through reporting and dashboarding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on distilling complex data sets
• Proficiency in querying languages such as SQL and analysis tools like Google Analytics or Tableau
• Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, JS, and CSS
• Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, with excellent communication skills
