Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end data process, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will build and manage data pipelines, model data for analysis, and create actionable dashboards to support the Revenue and Marketing teams, all while working remotely or onsite in London.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines integrating CRM, billing, invoice, product usage, and marketing data using tools like Airflow and dbt
• Model data into clean, documented layers and create dashboards in Metabase to track key revenue metrics
• Monitor data quality and develop forecasting and risk models to analyze revenue trends and customer behavior

Required qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines using tools such as Airflow, dbt, or n8n
• Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and strong Python skills for automation and analysis
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics like MRR, ARR, NRR, and marketing metrics such as CAC and LTV
• Experience using BI tools, ideally Metabase, for building dashboards
• Understanding of SDR, AE, and CS functions and their impact on revenue
