Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with key stakeholders, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will conduct data analysis projects to support university goals, ensuring data accuracy and reporting consistency through advanced modeling and visualization techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, assess, interpret, and report on relevant data to support decision-making and strategic direction
- Oversee the development and maintenance of key performance dashboards to track progress toward research goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities and design technical processes that enhance efficiency and address business needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in data querying, SQL, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience developing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Cognos or Snowflake
- Understanding of analytical concepts, including data modeling and predictive analytics
- Experience with university research administration data and systems preferred
