Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary

To ensure data accuracy and compliance for Risk Adjustment programs, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will lead the design and execution of automated testing frameworks, data certification processes, and provide insights into healthcare analytics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in data exploration and analysis to develop business recommendations and insights
• Lead the design, development, and validation of data solutions while managing stakeholder requirements
• Serve as a subject matter expert, resolving complex data issues and mentoring junior staff

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role
• Expert knowledge of healthcare payer data domains and Risk Adjustment business processes
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analysis techniques
• Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms and analytical environments
