Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To drive data-informed business decisions, the full-time remote Senior Data Analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret data while serving as a key resource for stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in data exploration and analysis using various programming languages and database structures
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of data insights to support business decisions
- Manage the collection of business and technical requirements from stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in an analytical or quantitative role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Python for data analysis and visualization
- Experience with healthcare data analysis, including claims and utilization metrics
- Strong skills in stakeholder communication and translating analytical insights into business recommendations
