Job Summary
Providing senior-level data analysis and decision-support services, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will collect, validate, and interpret data to identify trends and support organizational initiatives while working onsite in Silver Spring, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret workforce and organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate performance metrics
- Translate complex data findings into executive-level summaries and actionable recommendations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, or business intelligence
- Proven ability to develop complex analyses and executive-level data products using large datasets
- Experience in federal government projects is preferred
