Senior Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare analytics initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Analyst will develop analytical insights to identify payment anomalies in client healthcare claims data while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare claims data to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations
- Develop and maintain dashboards for internal teams, translating complex data findings into clear insights
- Identify opportunities for process automation and improve reporting efficiency while documenting methodologies and workflows
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field; or 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare claims analytics
- Minimum of 5 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data
- Strong proficiency in SQL with 5+ years of experience in data querying and analysis
- Working knowledge of healthcare claims and eligibility data structures, including ICD, CPT, and DRG coding
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
